Need some advice

Alright ladies. I'm pretty embarrassed but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue. When having sex and my husband is using a toy on me and he's going really fast and I cum I also pee. I don't feel myself doing it so I can't control it. The doctor doesn't see anything that can be the cause of it. It doesn't seem to bother my husband at all but it does me and idk what to do...
