C section pain worsening

Here we are, 5weeks post babe and my c section scar hurts more now than it did 3 weeks ago..

I was given aldara by my OB for the scar which helps with the scar tissue and it is more sensitive the day after I apply it (advised to apply every other day and to keep it on for 8 hours)
