Forced smelly period

I am irregular and for the first time in like a year of being irregular I have a period.

A period that came 28 days after my last one due to birth control to regulate me.

It is suuuuper light.

And it smells like....metallic. Have you ever put a penny in your mouth and also smelled it? It's hard to explain. It smells like pennies.

I know I do not have any sort of infection. I've just never smelled this before with my period.
