Knowing when bby is ready to move on from breast

Hiya

My babygirl is 16 weeks on Saturday and she is so independent. Unlike my first baby who is now 8 he used the breast for comfort & weening at 6 months was really hard for us both but it seems like my babygirl is showing signs of being happy with a bottle, we bought a Minbie bottle to give her once a day and she took to it straight away.

I don't want to give up breast feeding but then i don't want to hold her back and cause upset later if she's ready to move on from it. She only really wants boobie at night time after bath

Do you think 4 months is to early to so slowly begin transition onto bottle feeding? At the moment she is breastfed on demand usually every 3 hours and only has one bottle at mid day for her afternoon sleep. She doesn't seem bothered at all.
