Baby’s whole body contracting during night..?

My almost 6 weeks old baby girl cannot stay asleep longer than 30-40 mins due to constant twitching and contracting...It gets worse at nights. When I told dr she said it is normal and baby gained well so pedi didn’t care the rest. We swaddle her really tight and hold her in arms firmly to let her sleep longer periods,2 hours tops... otherwise she would only sleep 10 hours in a day, this way we brought it up to 12-13 hours but now we can’t sleep at all. She also makes constant snorting, gargling noises while asleep so it is almost impossible to sleep next to her even if she sleeps on her own. Dr also doesn’t think she had reflux and noises are again normal🤦🏻‍♀️ Does anybody have same issue?
