Hi, has anyone had a similar result to this that turned out positive?

I’m 2 days late, tested today and yesterday and got pretty much the same result....

I brought a digital test today but it didn’t work at all, I’ll have to get another tomorrow but in the meantime was hoping someone could confirm I’m not going mad and there is a line there? (I’ve tried to filter the pic as best I can to make it more clear)
