Warning: I'm sixteen and have never dated nor kissed mind you and I'm essentially the mom of my friend groups. Anyways . . . I don't think it's wrong to start dating at 13, however, everyone matures at different rates so if you think your are ready then go ahead. This doesn't mean have sex or any thing, but I think being open to the possibility of being in a romantic relationship is important as you come of age. If you do please remember that dating is weird and not like movies, and I'm saying this from my experience of watching my own friends date. At 13 it will probably still feel more like hanging out with a friend then actually dating.

I think that You can date at 13 years old and it is not a problem. I think that it’s good to have experience even when you don’t totally understand the concept of dating. I myself had a boyfriend when I was 13, and am now 15 and I actually learned from my old relationship and am amused by how drastically my behavior changed LOL 😂

You can’t actually go on a mature date until you can drive and get picked up, so I’d say 16 is the ideal age. Keep in mind this is coming from someone who started “dating” around 14, it’s TOTALLY different and honestly getting involved with guys that young is a BAD idea, if I had the chance to go back and wait I would.

It will have no meaning and your to young to understand the importance of dating . You date someone so u can marry the person at 13 you just are like close friend 
It's a waste of time and feelings 
You shouldn't be dating tell your 16 maybe 15 !
