Need opinions ..hcg levels

I went to the er last night for possible misscarriage.. I also had to have it confirmed at the er.. I did take a test yesterday n it was clearly +.. but the hospital urine test was -.. so they did a blood test and and my hcg levels where 90.. I do think in fact I am going through it bc of heavy bleading severe lower back pain n all.. does that mean the blood test is positive.. I have to go back Saturday for another blood hcg check.. I am right around at excacly 5 weeks estimated.. thank u
