2nd round of letrozole?

Does the second round have worse symptoms? I was fine the first round and now I’m sooo dizzy and have a head ache ugh. I feel awful

The first round and lowest dose was the worst for me. I had shooting pains in my heart and a tight sharp pain under my ribs and in my stomach. I also had really bad migraines and was exhausted but couldn't sleep because of the pain and got really sick because I couldn't eat. I almost went to the hospital and stopped taking it but I pushed through and ended up with a BFN. Round #2 of the same does gave me migraines but none of the other symptoms. Round #3 no symptoms at all and the dose was double. Maybe my body just got used to it 🤔. I usually do things naturally but I'm willing to try anything to get pregnant even though it's completely against what I usually do. I haven't taken medicine in years and never get sick (like cold/flu/etc) but I do have pcos, endo, and fibromyalgia. My body probably reacted so badly because it was something new. Idk.

I was acuatlly feeling worse on my first round 5mg....my secound round was 7.5mg and i was totally fine which made me think i was pregnant but no.... got AF today :(
