Trouble ttc with one overy and one fallopian tube

Is there anyone else having trouble ttc with one overy and one fallopian tube? My husband and i were blessed with a baby boy 4.5 years ago, we weren't trying and was a complete surprise since I was on bc. Now it seems like we can't get pregnant. It's been a year since we started trying. Does anyone have any advice?
