Everyone’s BBT charts look so different. I’d compare this months chart to your previous charts (if you have any) and look for significant changes. This is my first cycle with BBT charting and I’m a nurse so I work shifts...it’s hard for me to tell if my chart is any good cus my sleep/wake cycles and temp charting times are all over the damn place. But here is mine so far.
