HELP!! My dog is jealous of our newborn

We have a little wiener dog and ever since we brought the baby home he’s been peeing on everything. He pees all over the basement, on our couch, on the fridge, the baby’s pack n play, and on our blankets. I’m at my wits end with him!! Before we even brought the baby home I made sure to have someone take a blanket with the baby’s scent on it so he could get use to the smell. And the day we came home I made sure to come in and visit with my dogs first. I even went as far as letting him sniff anything baby related that I brought home before the baby got here just to get him adjusted. I thought I was doing everything right so he wouldn’t get jealous. He’s also been humping our husky as well as licking his private parts. Our poor husky is so nice he never nips at the wiener dog but I can tell it’s really bothering him. We still give our dog the same amount of attention as before but he’s just acting out!! Any advice on what to do?
