One individual bump??

I have one singular bump that I noticed and it feels kinda like a pimple/ingrown hair?? I couldn’t get a good look at it but for now I figured I’d ask. My jeans are a lil tight do maaaaybe that’s why it’s a bit inflamed? Idk but im gonna exfoliate and shave and stuff tonight so I can figure out what the deal is 🤷🏻‍♀️ I haven’t had any sexual anything in MONTHS so I couldn’t have transmitted anything directly, but maybe a small chance I got it from something else. Any advice??
