Pregnancy after removal of endometrioma
I have a laparoscopy surgery in January to remove endometriosis and two endometriomas, one on each ovary. I’ve been researching and I’ve read that removing the endometrioma can hurt egg reserve and now I’m really worried about having the surgery. Has anyone had endometriomas removed and had successful pregnancy after surgery?
