TMI : Reddish pink bleeding

So this morning I woke up with pain and cramps so bad I didn’t wanna get out of bed , when they subsided I went pee and had reddish pink mixture of blood . Now I am lightly spotting/bleeding . I am on progesterone and I am about 4in a half weeks -5 weeks due the 9th august .

IV been on progesterone with last pregnancies and never had bleeding , I had blood drawn also the first hcg was 21 just before 3 weeks then the following week it was 64 I was supposed to go back Monday for more hoping it was going up, now I’m cramping more feeling like a miscarriage:-( advice could it stay and just be something else?
