so, my boyfriend and I got a ps4. we have mediacom internet and our ps4 will only connect for a couple minutes then it says internet connection lost. (this didn't happen until we got internet with them). the only way we can play is if it's connected by the Ethernet cord near the router. does anyone know how to fix this? I'm really disappointed. I got him the COD WW2 as an early Christmas present and we both like playing online instead of doing the campaign 😔 -sorry if this is posted in the wrong group, wasn't sure where else to put it.
