worried

my boyfriend and i are trying to have a family together but he told me some news from his military unit. he told me that yes there was a missel launched and it could land anywhere in the US and he doesn't want me to worry about him but Idk how I'm not supposed to. like last night. i tried to curl up to him but he moved my arm off and rolled over so he wasn't facing me, come to find out he was having a PTSD bad dream. i guess what I'm trying to say is any solutions to helping me conceive a child?
