Nervous..

Found a small, about dime sized, little knot in my right boob last night.. It's probably nothing but I'm just nervous that it might be. /: My grandma (on my biological mothers side) had breast cancer (survived but is passed now). When I first got put on birth control, almost 2 years ago, I got a check up while I was at it, the women did a hand breast exam (no machines were used) and she said everything was fine. It doesn't hurt, I can wear a bra comfortably, the knot also moves if I touch it. I AM going to get it looked at, but I wanted maybe some advice or something to kind of ease my nerves.
