Lets talk ectopic.. please

So just like you lovely ladies.. im concerned about having an ectopic. Every pull and pressure I analyze and google. To me what im experiencing is a dull ache on occasion.. one day one side the next day another, no bleeding(thank goodness), not really pain per say, unless its described as a gassy discomfort pain. im also have a lil dry spell down there.. which im nt sure what to think. All these are related from what i read for ectopic.. and also not part of it. Soooo ladies what i guess i would to know is (before i blow up my docs phone on a Saturday or hurl myself into an all day adventure into er ) is this what others have experience either with normal pregnancy or ectopic? Is there a real way to determine the difference? Besides the bleeding? Other all im feeling pretty good. Im at 5 weeks today. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Baby dust to all!! We are fabulous!
