Apparently GI upset after swallowing cum is a thing?

So I swallowed for the first time early Tuesday morning. Felt blech afterwards and had diarrhea 24 hours later, along with terrible heartburn. I hooked up with my fwb again this morning and I felt fine until I left his house and felt nauseated on the way home. I now feel better after eating and laying down. I started looking it up online and apparently GI upset after swallowing is common? What’s your thoughts??

if its really nasty tasting, thats usually an indicator that it will make my stomach hurt and the nastier it tastes the more likely i will get diarrhea.

My stomach tends to hurt if I’m gagging a lot and choking while giving head but I’ve also read that some women have an allergy to semen but that usually has to do with cum inside the vagina or on the skin.
