Do you give your child juice?
I'm working on weaning my one year old and he's not a huge fan of cow's milk. He eats enough yogurt and cheese that I'm not concerned about him missing out on any vitamins from dairy but am worried about him getting dehydrated. He used to get OJ once a day with an iron supplement and I might start that again but I've heard young children shouldn't have juice. What are your thoughts?
