10w4d and I'm terrified! Doctor mentioned bowels outside

Hi,

Please help me with any/all advice! I went to my ultrasound at 10+4 and one of the doctors who read the u/s stated that my baby's bowels are still outside of its body. 🙁 She said that if it doesn't "fix itself " then my baby will have to have surgery immediately after its born. Has anyone had any experience with this? I'm praying to everything that my baby is healthy and that my next u/s will be fine but I am totally freaking out. I've googled it and it just scares me more!
