what is the best prenatal vitamins out there? I've been taking this one for a few weeks now I just wanted to know everyone's opinion on whats possibly better

The best kind is rainbow light prenatal one. They’re plant based. And they’re a decent enough price of a dollar a pill. But your body absorbs vitamins from natural sources better than chemical sources.

Where I live meijer has free prenatals with a doc prescription! That’s what I use.
