what is the best prenatal vitamins out there? I've been taking this one for a few weeks now I just wanted to know everyone's opinion on whats possibly better

those are AWFUL
full of questionable and unsafe ingredients
go with a whole food based prenatal
i prefer rainbow light brand

I took those with my 2 pregnancies...both my baby girls are healthy! And now continuing to take them  with my 3rd now.

Check to see if they have iron in them. If not maybe think about adding an iron pill. I had to take gummies because the pill made me so nauseous. But I think taking any kind of prenatal is better than not taking one.
