No more orgasms?

Ok so my sister just told me that she hasn't experienced an orgasm in almost 2 years, starting when she got pregnant. Her child is going to be 1 year old soon and she still hasn't experienced anything. Sometimes she feels close to it but the feeling goes away. This makes intimacy and trying for baby #2 not so fun for her. Anyone have a similar situation or tips??

I feel like when I struggle it's in my head. Maybe be she should try to have a drink first (to relax..if it's possible) or to try a little porn to pregame lol I'm not sure what she would be into or like but it's some options

It ways easier for my after giving birth. I am much more comfortable with my body as well so that could be why.
