5mg Dulcolax Laxative Tablet

HELP‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I am 7w2d, first OB appt isn't until Dec 21st. I haven't been able to go to the bathroom in almost 2 weeks. My SO's mother in law brought me these 5mg Dulcolax laxative tablets & said it's safe to take pregnant, that her daughter took them & everyone else she knows.. It hasn't worked for me yet. She told me to take 3, I took 2. She said take 2 every 2 hours until it works.. I have seen where some say it's safe/some say NO. Anyone know for sure!? Like I'm scared... it hasn't helped & I don't want to take more if I shouldn't. (I've took 6 pills total) I was going to get Miralax, but she says this is the way to go.
