What do I say?

So I used to talk to this guy and things were going good,then all of a sudden I get ghosted and I’m deleted off everything(he deleted all his social media) and now 2 months later I get this!!! Like wtf do I even say to him? Do I even reply...I’m so confused cause I kinda liked him,but like I don’t wanna get played again and I also don’t want to look like an idiot by just straight up forgiving him and talking to him again
