Boyfriend help

So last night my boyfriend, who doesn't drink that often, And when he does drink he rarely ever gets drunk, let alone puking. Anyway, last night he went to some chick's (who I hate, and he knows I hate) house party. And I wasn't down so I wasn't really texting him back and when I replied I told him how I felt and just asked him to text me when he got home. Next thing I know I wake up at 5:30am to a text he sent me a couple hours prior saying "I'm so drunk I just puked" then I see on his friends snapchat story that he's in this chick's bed.... what do I do? I don't completely trust him not to cheat but at the same time I don't want to sound like a psycho and straight up ask him if he fucked her
