Should the man get more praise for doing the parenting/household tasks than the woman?

For a bit of background. I've noticed that no matter what the set up is at home, in a man and woman relationship that have children, the man gets much more praise from society in general than the woman doing the same tasks. " Isn't he good for doing the school run each day" " He did the school project with them, isn't that great" and the same with household tasks should as cleaning and cooking. From what I've seen these are just expectations for the woman to do so praise isn't given in the same way. This seems to be the same whether both adults work full time or if one is part time of a SAHP. Do you think the man does deserve more praise (if any) than the woman?
