First IUI yesterday

Hi Ladies,

So I don’t have any reproductive issues but my husband has low sperm count. He ranges from 4-20million, but obviously doctors focus on total motile. His total motile has only be above 5 million 2 times in the past 6 months when he’s done semen analysis. Last months analysis was 10 million, but that would be before a “wash”. But is still good. So we decided we were going to do the IUI this month. I took my Femara and then had my mid cycle scan Friday and the dr found 2 mature follicles (one 17.5mm and one 18mm). He said they will both more than likely ovulate which is good. We went yesterday to the lab for my husband to give his sample and went back to the hospital (I’m military so my dr are in a Med center). They took the paperwork from us to make a copy and when we finally got to look at the numbers his post wash total motility was only 2.2 million. Obviously since we paid for the wash (the only thing we gave to pay for with IUI in the military thankfully) we still wanted to do the IUI. And my dr recommended us to have sex for two more days as well. I’m just really concerned that I won’t get pregnant with those low numbers. Can anyone give me advice or positive words of encouragement to get me through this TWW. TIA. 😁🤞🏻
