So my period is due on Wednesday. I have had a cold on and off for about 3 weeks. This morning I woke up to a collection of spots on my chin (I don’t get spots and it’s more like an acne breakdown which I’ve never had either). We then went for a drive to the hills to ply in the snow. Back home and I feel awful. Dizzy, light headed, nausea, cramps, headache, tiredness....I’ve taken myself to bed with a hot honey and lemon.

Just wondered about other people’s early symptoms? Is anyone waiting to see if AF shows up and feeling odd?
