Alternative to crib that would fit in our bedroom?

My son is almost 4 months and is quickly outgrowing his sleeper that is next to my bed. He's a big baby. He has his own bedroom with a nice crib but I'm not ready to stop room sharing honestly. I love having him next to me and I'm worried I'll never sleep if I start transitioning him to his room. What's an alternative for a bigger baby? A pack and play?

We used a pack n play until I was ready to move our son to his own room. He stayed in it for about 10 months. I’ll be doing the same with our next baby.

Unless the crib is huge, take the front off, and put it

between your side of the bed and the wall. Called the sidecar option lol

My daughter only slept in her rock and play or our bed but ever since I got this crib she actually sleeps in it most of the night. It’s very easy to assemble and it can be stored away during the day because it can fold ! I absolutely love this crib vs her expensive one which is in her room and never uses.

Could you not move his crib into your room? Where I live that's what's recommended until at least a year old anyway so I'm always surprised when people put baby in their own room before then.
