Favorite Christmas Traditions?

Just curious what everyone’s favorite Christmas traditions are. Goofy things like matching pajamas for the family or watching a favorite Christmas movie. 
I don’t really have any so I’m thinking of starting some with our daughter.

My favorite Christmas tradition from my side of the family is that we always used to open all our gifts on Christmas Eve 😀 none of us 4 kids ever believed in Santa, and my Dad liked to sleep in on his days off. I LOVED it!! My husband likes to wait for Christmas day though.

Going to find out Christmas tree and cutting it down ourselves and then building a fort in one of our kids rooms on Christmas Eve for all of us to huddle into and read stories before bed.

My mom would always drive us around to look at Christmas lights. I plan to do that with my children. 
A friend of mine has her husband dress up as Santa on Christmas Eve to surprise the kids. She will go hide and shake some bells so that they can hear the reindeer pulling up and then her husband knocks on the door. She did this with her kids and now they do it with the grandkids.
You could read a Christmas book, watch Christmas movies, have a special treat you guys make together, Christmas PJ's, making Christmas ornaments... there's lots of things 😊
