anyone got anatomy scan in 24th week or later?

I have anatomy scan scheduled next week when i will be 20th week but it would cost me $670 from my pocket and i have changed my insurance to Kaiser which would begin in January 1st when i will be 24th week pregnant so am wondering if i can still get the same anatomy scan in 24th week through i would not have to pay anything. has anyone got late in anatomy scan?

I had one at 20 and another at 25 when I switched doctors since they wanted their own scan done. Just talk to the doctors office and see what they will allow.

I did mine at 22 weeks. every OB is different you would need to ask. I also was scheduled to do mine at 20 wks but was in the middle of switching to medicaid so there was nothing I could do because I wasn't about to pay out of pocket. so my Dr just kinda had to deal with it. everything turned out ok! but Def talk to your office.

I know my office refuses to do anatomy scans after 20 weeks. I couldn't even go at 20 weeks and 1 day. So you need to talk to your OB about that one
