Which spelling? Read description before vote!

So if we have a son we wish to call Louan/Lewin. Pronounced Loo-in. The name we have chosen represents my uncle who died who was Alan Louis Esric, so “Louan” spelled like that is like a combination of Louis and Alan. My sister mentioned that she saw the name spelled as Lewin which honestly I never thought about before but now I can’t decide which spelling. I know one would mean more but how we decided the name in general will still be a nice story. So undecided!

Note: I’m not worried about people pronouncing the spelling Louan incorrectly as Lou-ahn. That’s an easy fix and mostly as an Aussie many people would say it right anyway.
