Help! I want something super firm, safe, but within a reasonable price. What have you all had luck with?

Sealy Soybean. About $85 on Amazon and top rated for safety. It doesn't have the chemicals that are in plastic mattress, which as they break down release toxins that have been linked to respiratory problems and SIDs

I love our Colgate Eco Classica III mattress. Our son transitioned from his bassinet to his mattress at 8 weeks with no problem. It’s extremely firm, but silent. The cover is organic and it’s extremely lightweight because it’s foam. I love it so much! We bought it on Amazon for less than $200.

I got some generic brand mattress for like $30 either at Babies R Us or on Amazon.
The price of some of the options on the market is unreal. Our cheap mattress is still being used by my 18 month old and we’ve had zero issues with it.
