Tylenol safe enough?

Hello! So, I have terrible migraines. Ever since I am pregnant (9weeks) I have had a headache almost everyday. Once or twice a day I have to take tylenol to cut it down and not make it raise towards the migraine. 2wice Ive has Migraine and has to take the tylenol like the instructions marked. I have been spotting and cramping for the last 2 days so now I am scared that maybe the tylenol is not safe the way I am taking it. I am scared it might be a danger for my baby.. I take extra strength since my nurse said due to my migraines that would work best. 
What should I do?

Tylenol is safe but headaches are so normal because of the hormones. mine didn't stop till 18 weeks and honestly Tylenol never helped so I quit taking it. it sucks.

I’m 24 weeks my doctor told me to take Tylenol with a small cup of coffee
And she is making me take magnesium oxide pills daily in the morning
I have terrible migraines they happen every day for about 2 weeks now

im high risk n its the only thing my doctor approved for me to take for headaches. i still try to sleep or nap and it usually goes away but its perfectly safe

I used to get migraines before pregnancy, so was super anxious about them increasing in intensity. Tylenol extra strength, water, and some caffeine (a homemade chai latte every morning) really helped mine.

Tylenol is safe but I found out drinking 16 glasses of water a day helped my migraines. I didn’t feel comfortable tanking anything during my pregnancy. I feel like Tylenol should be a last resort.

Tylenol is safe. It got me through 18 weeks when I suffered headaches like you. The spotting is likely related to something else. Ring your doctors office.
