What do I do???

I have been on Aviane for 8 months, and the first three months it helped my cramps tremendously (reason I wad put on birth control was because my cramps are god awful) anyways, my body is fighting the medicine off, and my cramps are progressing back to how they originally where, what can I do? My body constantly fights medication off. Should I switch birth control (I was planning to in February to Vienva) but before I do, is there anything else I can try?

I take vienva and it has worked amazing honestly. I love it. My cramps are very mild, cause mine use to be extremely severe as well.
