can I take benefiber while pregnant?

Very constipated, thought I should try to take more fiber to try and fix this. I am 5 weeks

Benefiber & miralax are both a yes! 
Benefiber is better because it isn’t flavored. Tastes like nothing which I prefer 😂

Metamucil and colace could help. Thats what i take to help. At 36 weeks been taking for awhile.

Yup! I take it daily! I put a to go pack in a bottled water every morning.

I don't know about benefiber. My Doc has me taking Miralax daily, & no more issues!
