Will combining these help my acne+ dryness?

My skin dries out really easily but also breaks out easily and lately this moisturizer hasn’t been helping with the dryness. I was thinking of adding a few drops of the oil in it to help it even it out or will it just cause me to break out more?

your face might be getting acne from lack of moisturizer. you're basically starving your face from the oils it naturally needs and produces it's own and gives you acne

The worst thing you can do is use oil free moisturizer. Adding oil to an already oil free one doesn't really...fix it? Ditch that moisturizer, it's full of chemicals that aren't going to help you. Try something natural to moisturize your skin. Rosehip oil is amazing for reducing redness in the skin and smoothing its appearance. Argan oil is also amazing. Both of these will moisturize your skin without making your skin oily (sounds strange but it's true).
