What symptoms did you guys feel at 5 weeks?

I'm scared I'll miscarry. Last time I took a test was last week. It was positive. But I feel no symptoms. I'm just always hungry and always sleeping. But that's me, that's the usual.

usually at 2-3 weeks I feel- sleepy, exhausted, nausea..
I thought I was sick because my family had just gone through head colds, and stuffyness..
but I knew I felt different.
I ended up not taking meds, and saw the doc.

I'm currently 5 weeks and 5 days. i just found out that I'm pregnant four days ago. for the past two weeks though I've had super sore boobs, some lower back pain, fatigue, constipation, and daily off and on cramping.

I didn’t have any symptoms other then no period. I was 7 weeks along before I even got a positive (or finally dark enough to notice) test.  I never felt pregnant till I finally felt the baby at 23 weeks despite ultrasounds and hearing heartbeat.

Just tired and cramps. And I could tell my heart rate increased. Like working out my heart rate monitor was a little higher than normal. No nausea, sore boobs or any of the “norm” for me the entire past 15 weeks. Eventually I got food aversions and loss of appetite but don’t worry, symptoms don’t tell you if your baby is healthy. Also don’t freak out if you spot a little randomly. It happened to me twice. My doctor even said you should expect it as your uterus grows. As long as it isn’t a ton you’re good.

my symptoms didn't really kick in until 6 weeks or so. when I found out at 4 weeks my boobs hurt then about 5 weeks started feeling more tired. nausea and food aversions didn't kick in until the middle of the 6th week or so. don't stress! everyone's pregnancy is different!
