Diaper rash?

My baby has a Diaper rash that won’t go away, any recommendations on what to use? I’ve tried Desitin and butt paste

Use a cloth or cotton ball dipped in water and witch hazel instead of wipes, dry the area and put on Aquaphor.  Works every time for my daughter.  Oh and leave the diaper off every once in a while and let it air out.  Hope this helps!

Baby's pediatrician can prescribe a fungal or antibacterial if none of the butt creams are working. Time without the diaper really helps as well and making sure the butt is dry before putting on the creams.
