I love castor oil packs. I do them as much as possible from the end of my period to my fertile week. They are so healing for your body. They are supposed to increase blood flow etc etc. I was a brown spotter before my period the first 8 months of TTC. A few months of doing this and my period starts off with bright red blood on 13 dpo’s without fail. No pregnancy yet. But I believe it will happen one day
