Are babies faces less smushed with c section?

My newborn baby pictures I look like an ugly alien and scared my baby will too if I do natural birth

He was a day old here. I had a c-section and he came out perfect!

I delivered vaginally but they had to use the vacuum and all she had was a little bit of cone shape to her head for a couple weeks. After the first couple weeks though it had smoothed back down and her head looked normal. There are exceptions of course, but unless there is some medical reason not to deliver vaginally ( like problems with heart rate, breach, etc.), it's best to deliver vaginally. Recovery is so much harder after a c section than vaginal. I know a couple people who have delivered both ways and they said they much preferred a vaginal birth

I was in labor for 30 hours with my son and then pushed for 3 hours, with vacuum assistance after 2. My sons head came out perfectly shaped, just purple from the vacuum. I had a c section with my daughter and her head was a different shape, like a peanut. It rounded out. Just depends on the baby.

Not with my son... I went through over 20 hours of labor before the doctor decided that he just wasn't going to come out without help lol.. he was 9 lbs 4 oz and had a little cone head in the beginning

Idk what you mean by smushed? My son’s face was very puffy after I delivered him via cesarean section.

Well you have to think about what the babies go through by passing though the birth canal. So most vaginal deliveries will have an impact on the baby's head and face but it all goes back to normal. In emergency c sections the baby can still have a misshapen head/face if they were stuck in the pelvic bone, lodged sideways against everything etc.
