I'm going crazy!

so I usually get this brown discharge the week before I start my period. I didnt have it this month. My breast have been tender and feel heavy. I had to buy a new bra yesterday because my other one felt so tight. My breast have gone from a 32DD to 32DDD. Of course I took a pregnancy test and it looks negative to me. I feel like I'm going to lose my mind.
