Sparkling lights?

I’ve been seeing sparkling lights out of no where, I’m 30w3d with my little rainbow. I do have gestational diabetes. is it something to worry about it? I also have not felt little girl move so much as the last two days.

I've been seeing the same thing...the best way I can describe it is like tiny bright lights, flashing. It lasts for a minute but then goes away and I get the feeling in my head like I'm under water, just like pressure around my eyes. No headaches or pain, just super nauseated and baby is moving. I'm 36+2 and see my doc in two days. I'll make sure I mention it.

I know first hand it could be your blood pressure spiking.  it is one of the signs for preeclamlsia also numbness and tingly feeling in your feet. tell your on and the sparks your seeing so they can run some test

Could be a sign of pre eclampsia. Do you have any headaches, swelling, pain under your right breast? I would get your blood pressure checked and keep track of kick counts on your babe. Have you had any high blood pressures?
