I have been on the contraceptive pill the last 10 years and had my last pill Sunday 5th November. I had the usual withdrawal bleed on the 10th of November for a couple of days as usual. I expected to have a real period around the same time but have had no symptoms yet and pregnancy tests come back negative.

Could anyone share their experiences of coming off the pill after a long time!
