Promise rings make people really angry for some reason 😅 I gave one to my boyfriend for his birthday last year, and he gave me a promise ring just because. I’m 21 and he’s 19. We’ve been together for a little over a year, he’s the guy I wanna marry but we’re not ready to be engaged just yet. 🤷🏻‍♀️

my hubby and I gave each other promise rings when we became a long distance couple during college, we knew we wanted to get married but also understood it wasn't the right time yet so we decided it was something that would be special to us until we could get properly engaged :)

my bf got me a neckless on our first year anniversary and put a picture of us in the middle of it I hang it on my mirror in my car and I got this for my bf on our second year anniversary he hangs it up in his truck. 
I just think that a ring is possessive and should wait until marriage 😊

My boyfriend got me one last year around christmas and this year I bought him one and it think its a cute first step before marriage since we're 17 and 19 and plan to get married when we're both more stable financially and otherwise

So idk if I should get him one for Christmas...I’m thinking of having the ring engraved with something cute about our relationship. Like a special word or something.
