Are there any exercises or stretches that you ladies are doing??? I’m hoping for a VBA2C so trying to help in any way that I can!!! TIA!!!

I’m a Bar Method instructor and it’s one of the best exercises you can do pregnant. They have bar method online classes. Also KEGELS, as silly as it sounds... if you kegel you’re strengthening your pelvis and will help in successful birth and post birth!
