Opk... which brand?

Been TTC baby #4 for about 3 months. Decided to step up the game and start using opk... Which kind should I get? Is their a better brand than others? Should I look for a certain strength? Also, what about BBT thermometer.... Do I need the specialty BBT kind or can I use a normal thermometer?
